Over the years, the Pope House has had the opportunity to taste, select and purchase several exclusive barrels of bourbon from some of our favorite Kentucky distilleries. These bourbons are in limited supply and only available at the Pope House

Maker’s Mark Private Select

In the spring of 2022, the Pope House selection team descended on the historic Maker’s Mark distillery in Loretto, KY. This was an exercise in creating a totally unique Maker’s Mark bourbon by finish aging classic Maker’s Mark with a specific variety of different wood finishes. Once our custom blend was selected, the bourbon was aged, bottled, and shipped just for us.

Four Roses Private Selections

Selected during our spring 2022 trip to Kentucky. Four Roses uses 10 different mash bills to create their award winning bourbons. Our current selection:
